"Rock of Ages"

My daughter Ashley and I have season tickets to "Broadway Across America" in Kansas City. The show that we saw this time was "Rock of Ages" and I thought it was worth the price of my whole season ticket! I think I could watch it three more times and still miss things on stage. There was so much to take in. The cast was wonderful and even though they have played it a hundred times they acted like they were enjoying every minute of being on stage. I just loved it! Constatine Maroulis from American Idol played one of the leads and did a superb job.

Here's how producers bill Rock of Ages: "In 1987 on the Sunset Strip, a small-town girl met a big-city dreamer — and in L.A.'s most legendary rock club, they fell in love to the greatest songs of the '80s. It's Rock of Ages, a hilarious, feel-good love story told through the hit songs of iconic rockers Journey, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, Pat Benatar, Whitesnake, and many more.

If you want to check out the remaining cities that the"Rock of Ages" tour will playing in and the dates here is the link http://www.rockofagesmusical.com/tickets-2/us-tour/
