My daughter Ashley's twins Nate and Norah are now 6 months. This weekend they will be each getting their own crib to sleep in. I have enjoyed seeing all their positions when they sleep.
When I was on my antiquing trip in Iowa I took photos of some old baby items. See how they compare to the new stuff.
Then: The above walker is made mainly of wood.
Now: This is Nate in his baby station. He is totally surrounded by baby fun! He loves it.
Norah loves it too!
THEN: This antique potty doesn't look very comfortable.

Then: Wood baby swing.

Have a great week! Amy
Those babies are so adorable! I think back to the car seats I used to use for my kids and realize how unsafe they really were. It was a plastic seat that had handles to hook over the seat in the car...no seat belts! Scary!
ReplyDeleteNate and Norah are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteMy niece had her first baby on Friday!!
Ooh thank you so much. Your grandchildren are beautiful! I loved taking pictures of my own children when they were asleep too. You can never have too many photos of sleeping babies (no matter their age) can you?
ReplyDeleteCongrats, Amy on Ashley's twin babies!!!!! What a wonderful double blessing!!
ReplyDeleteThose twins are just adorable. I am anxiously awaiting the birth of a granddaughter due Nov.7. This will be the second adoption for my son and his wife and we are praying that there will be no last minute disappointments!
